You probably didn't share a sip with man's best friend, but maybe he provided the perfect company for the Wine and Wags event Saturday.
The celebration was a pet adoption party at Free Run Cellars in Berrien Springs.
It was the first event of its kind at Free Run.
Pet owners could bring their four-legged friends, all dressed up for the occasion.
There was dog grooming, treats, & wine for the humans!
"There are so many dog lovers in the area and the surrounding area and you realize there aren't a whole lot of events geared specifically towards that so we figured, 'why not?' We have the perfect location, beautiful scenery out here," says Nicole Moersch with Free Run Cellars.
For those looking to adopt, there were plenty of dogs up for adoption looking for a good home.
