Elkhart County Sheriff's Deputies, Detectives and the Middlebury Fire Department are investigating two possible arsons that happened early Sunday morning.
Two suspicious fires broke out on Hilltop Drive in Middlebury around 3:00am. The first was a vehicle and house fire on the 53200 block. While responding to that fire, another was reported on the 53000 block of Hilltop Drive.
The fire marshall is investigating this case and several other suspicious house and vehicle fires that have happened in the area over the past few months.
