If your driving on Spruce Rd. near US-6, you may encounter some delays this week. Spruce between Underwood and US-6 will have intermittent closures all week while crews clear tree and brush to prepare for a bridge project.
A detour using Underwood Road, Georgia Street, and U.S. Route 6 will be in place. The road will re-open each evening. The daytime closures are expected to last approximately one week.
