Two plead guilty to Niles FOP arson

Two people accused of setting fire to the Niles FOP Lodge and a car pled guilty to arson on Monday.

The Berrien County Court tells FOX28 News that 19-year-old Kyle Kelley of Niles and 25-year-old Gary Nellans II of South Bend admitted to setting the fires in the early morning hours of March 14.

Both are scheduled to be sentenced in July. Kelley is set for the 9th and Nellans is scheduled for the 16th.
