A mystery at Notre Dame Wednesday as an illness spread quickly.
More than 100 summer campers became sick!
About 30 had symptoms severe enough they had to go to the hospital.
Two remain hospitalized as of Wednesday night.
The high school students are participating in summer youth sports camps at Notre Dame.
Calls started pouring in over night as one student after another saying they were ill.
Now everyone involved is trying to figure out the cause.
"That's the question. There's a possibility it's a food related illness. There's a possibility there's a virus," said Notre Dame Spokesman Dennis Brown. "We're working very closely with the county health department. They've taken samples from students."
They're hoping to confirm a cause in the coming days.
