South Bend's Inwood Hills Estates is a cooling center.
It's located on South Ironwood in South Bend.
The community had extra space so they wanted to open it to seniors.
"We have the main dining room, country kitchen with tables, activities room upstairs with a piano, chess, books, games, cards all kinds of activities," said Sales Manager Jennifer Swanson.
The center is open from 10 to 6 for senior citizens.
