A South Bend man has pleaded guilty for his involvement in a shooting in January that killed two people.
Twenty year-old Rakeem White, pleaded guilty to assisting a criminal.
Alejandro Tinoco and Jazmin Conlee died in the incident.
The State agreed to dismiss the charge of Receiving Stolen Property as part of the plea agreement.
The sentencing range for a class C felony is between two and eight years.
The plea agreement includes a cap of six years on executed time.
Sentencing is set for August 14th.
Jermon Gavin and Charles Moore are co-defendants charged in this case and have trial dates of August 27th and September 17th.
