It looks like multi-class basketball is here to stay in Indiana.
The latest debate over Indiana high school basketball started earlier this year when State Senator Mike Delph from Carmel filed a bill to take the state back to a single-class system.
Friday, after 11 public meetings across the state, the Indiana High School Athletic Association Commissioner Bobby Cox released his report.
While a majority of those who attended the hearings favored going back to the old single-class tournament, a majority of principals, athletic directors, players and coaches surveyed favored sticking with the class system.
