Three people are facing a long list
of charges after a meth bust in Cass
County.
29-year-old James Ibotson,
26-year-old Mary Ibotson and 18-year-old Siera Rodriguez were arrested Tuesday
at a home in the 61000-block of High Street in Jones. Police say they seized
meth making products, actual meth, marijuana and a handgun.
Both James and Mary Ibotson are facing charges of with
manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a
drug house, manufacturing methamphetamine creating hazardous waste, possession
of a firearms while in commission of a felony, and possession of marijuana. Rodriguez
was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug house, and
conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. All three are being held at the
Cass County Jail.
Police say there was a 7-month-old
child living in the home. The child was taken into protective custody.
