Two arrested in string of arsons in Goshen

Goshen Police believe they know who's been behind the string of arsons in the city.

Police arrested 18 year-old Jose Rangel and 20 year-old Nicholas Lynch.
    

Investigators say about $60 thousand worth of damage was done.
    

First, Rogers Park Pavilion was set on fire on March 21st.
    

Then the Oakridge Park Pavilion on July 2nd.
    

Two vehicles were also set on fire over the past few months.


Rangel is charged with one county of arson, Lynch with four.
