Posted:

Police believe they know who shot and killed two people in South Bend in May.

St. Joseph County Metro Homicide says 18 year-old Dabian Boyd was arrested on murder charges for shooting 21-year-old Kalyn Farmer and 22-year-old Mercede Newbill.

It happened on May 6th.

Farmer showed up at Memorial Hospital with gunshot wounds, but died before he could tell police what happened.

Tips led police to Napier Avenue where they found Newbill dead in a car.
