A South Bend man is dead this morning after an accident in Cass County.
It happened on M-60 Highway just east of Pine Lake Street in Howard Township Sunday. Police were called out at 1:34 p.m.
They say a 69-year old Niles man was driving with his son and grandson when he crossed the centerline and collided with another vehicle. That car was driven by 33-year-old Jeremy Adams. The collision pinned him inside the vehicle and he had to be extracted. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
