A neighbor dove into a LaGrange County lake Friday evening to
save a man from drowning.
Indiana Conservation Officers say 78-year-old Jennings Wirth
of LaGrange was swimming from his dock on Fish Lake
when he got tired. A neighbor, Laura Morlock, heard Wirth's wife yell for help.
Morlock dove into the water and pulled Wirth to shore.
Wirth wasn't breathing when he was brought to shore. CPR was
started and officers say Wirth regained consciousness as EMS
and Fire crews arrived.
Crews
took worth to a LaGrange hospital for observation.
