Driver comes forward after Elkhart County Hit and Run

The Elkhart County Sheriff's Department says the driver involved in a hit-and-run crash that critically injured 17 year old Zion Carlstrom came forward Wednesday.

He's identified as 26-year-old Pasquale Rulli of Middlebury.

Investigators say Rulli was driving a black, 2008 Cadillac STS at the time of the crash.

The Sheriff's Department says 17-year-old Zion Carlstrom was injured while she was riding her bicycle Tuesday on County Road 35 North of US 20.

Detectives would still like to hear from anyone who witnessed the crash. Call the Elkhart County Sheriff's Department at 574-533-4151.
