1 store bought frozen pound cake, defrosted (or if ambitious…bake your own!)
Melted unsalted butter (about 4-6 tbls)
Semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
Slice pound cake into ½ inch slices and brush both sides with melted butter.
Top each slice of pound cake with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
Place another slice of buttered pound cake on top to form a "sandwich".
Place "sandwich" on grill for about 3 minutes per side until chocolate chips and marshmallows are melted and the pound cake shows nice grill marks.
Remove to serving place and serve.
