There's some good news for homeowners in Indiana.
Home prices and market activity were strong during the month of June.
That's according to a report by Indiana realtors.
The average home price in Elkhart County is up 7.2%.
That means the average price for a home over the last three months is $98,700.00.
Elkhart County realtors say this is encouraging news.
Elkhart Realtors Association President Tom Canarecci said,"We had it was a buyer's market because we had a glut of listings in the market but as the market becomes more in balance that helps our pricing."
