Marco Drayton's family hasn't seen or heard from the 20-year Three Rivers man since late Sunday evening. His sis, Irene, says that he packed enough clothes and food to survive on his own, took the family minivan, told them he was going to a friends house but hasn't made any contact since.
"I just want him to make me laugh and tell me this was just a huge misunderstanding and he's okay." Irene Drayton said.
Irene says this is not the typical action of her younger brother. She says he's responsible and caring. She says he's the guy in the community everyone knows and loves. They showed that love and support Thursday evening at Three Rivers High School. Hundreds of people gathered at the football field to lift up their prayers. Including Marco's little brother Nick Prahm.
"It's been really harsh for the family because Marco is a big part of the family and he knows we all love him and miss him. He's a graduate to West Point, he's been really cool with everybody and he was like a best friend to me cause we did everything together like little kids." Prahm said.
The family says Marco use to say he could survive on his own in the wild. But now that he hasn't contacted them in any way, they are concerned that something is very wrong. Both siblings have a simple message for their brother.
His sister Irene said, "Marco I love you and come home." His brother Nick, "Marco please come home, I really miss you. I look up to you, you are my big brother and there's nothing you can change about that."
The Three River's Police Department are asking for your help to locate Marco. They say he was last seen in a Green 1999 Ford minivan, with two gold bumper stickers that read "I am a West Point Parent." His wallet and clothes were found around the grounds at Harwood Lake.
