Former Penn Township Trustee Jeffrey Dean will spend 3 months in jail after admitting to Official Misconduct and Conflict of Interest. Dean pleaded guilty in June to paying his girlfriend at the time more than 37,000 dollars for cleaning work she never performed.
He was sentenced to 18 months with 15 months suspended, plus 15 months of probation on each count. He will be serving the terms concurrently, so it works out to 3 months total in jail followed by the probation.
