An autopsy has concluded that the death of an infant who died Monday evening in South Bend was natural causes.
St. Joseph County Metro Homicide was looking into a death that happened at a home on the corner of Lincolnway West and Sherman Avenue in South Bend.
Dispatchers tell FOX28 at around 4:30 p.m. South Bend police responded to a medical call at that location. The case was handed over to Metro Homicide because of "suspicious circumstance." The investigation has now been closed
