Notre Dame football player Carlo Calabrese will be required to perform 20 hours of community service as part of an agreement following an incident back in May.
Calabrese, and teammate Tommy Rees, were arrested after a house party they were at was busted up earlier this month. The two of them allegedly ran when police showed up.
Rees pleaded guilty to 2 misdemeanor counts, Resisting Law Enforcement and Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor. Calabrese had been charged with one misdemeanor count of Intimidation for his alleged actions that night.
Calabrese accepted a Pre-Trial Diversion Agreement requiring him to perform 20 hours of community service, pay $329 in fees and not commit any criminal offenses until July 30, 2013.
Calabrese and Rees will not be playing in Notre Dame's first game against Navy in Ireland on September 1.
