The St. Joe County Republicans are lashing out at the Democrats after the state found questionable spending in Olive Township.
The State Board of Accounts released a report showing withdrawals from several casinos on the Township Trustee's card.
Trustee John Michalski, a Democrat, was asked to pay back more than 15-hundred dollars.
He complied.
And now the Republican Party wants him to resign.
Republican Party of St. Joe County's Deborah Fleming said, "The guy's either ignorant, incompetent, or corrupt and if he's one of those three we don't need that type of leadership in St Joe County whatever his excuse might be," said Republican Party of St. Joe County's Deborah Fleming.
We spoke with both Trustee Michalski and the leader of the St. Joe County Democratic Party.
Neither wanted to comment.
