Gay Rights Activists converged on Chick-fil-A's nationwide, Friday.
But there were no signs of any major "Kiss-Ins" at the fast food chain's locations in Michiana.
Protests come on the heels of Wednesday's Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day when people lined up across the country to defend the company's president and his comments about "traditional marriage."
The manager of South Bend's Chick-fil-A says the "Kiss-In" was a non-event at his store and in fact sales were strong Friday night.
Customers we talked to could attest to that.
"I believe that's not a very socially proper way to address an issue. Actually that's why I came today," says Joy Hynes of South Bend.
Supporters of Chick-fil-A's recent stance on same-sex marriage say they feel they're being treated unfairly for their beliefs.
"Being called haters when all we're saying is we believe certain things are wrong. It's just neat to see a company representative wasn't shy about stating what he believed," says Hynes.
