Notre Dame Head Coach, Brian Kelly, said this year he's concentrating on interacting more with his players. Coach Kelly said this past January he re-evaluated where he was from a coaching perspective. He said he didn't want to be looked at as the head coach of Notre Dame, who just sat in the office all the time. Instead he's been committed to having a more personal relationship with his players.
