More positive economic news for the RV Capitol of the World. Business is getting better, and that the Midwest RV Super Show had to move to a bigger location this year.
It's no longer in Downtown Elkhart. This year it's being held at the RV Hall of Fame where things get underway Thursday at 10 in the morning.
You'll see double the amount of dealers than last year, as well as some cool new advancements in new technology.
"The industry is building a lot more of a green type of a product with low voltage LED lighting, lighter weight materials, recycled materials," says Show Director Mark Bowersox. "It's truly taking care of the great outdoors."
Bowersox says 93% of all RV's in the United States are built in Elkhart County.
This year's event offers a pretty unique experience because it's being held at the Hall of Fame. "You can see the latest and greatest products outside and where the industry came from on the inside," Bowersox says.
