Tarrence Lee (Courtesy St. Joseph County Police)A Mishawaka man has been officially charged in the death of his wife. Tarrence Lee is now charged with Murder and is being held in the St. Joseph County Jail.
Another man, Andre O'Neil told police that he and two other people, James Johnson III and Anthony Lee, were told by Tarrence Lee that "he had a body in his living room and needed help disposing of it." O'Neil says the body being disposed of was Lee's wife Trina Winston.
O'Neil says he left and contacted the police. Winston's body has not been found. Police say Johnson and Anthony Lee admitted to helping Tarrence hide his wife's body outside of St. Joseph County.
Police say that Winston had accused her husband of physical abuse in the past, but did not press charges.
