Vouchers may be hurting some public schools but one private school is thriving.
Adalbert parish school's principal Andrew Currier says enrollment has jumped in the last two years.
Last year the school picked up 46 voucher students.
They have 81 for this coming school year.
Currier says the voucher program has given parents in the parish the opportunity to send their kids to their school of choice.
August 22nd is the first day for of school for the Parish.
They are expecting 225 students.
