Folks in Elkhart compete for "Most Dramatic Boat Sinking"

The United Way of Elkhart County held it's Buffett & Boats Event Friday.

Teams put together boats made from cardboard, then raced. Some boaters had more success than others! But sinking is part of the fun in this competition.

"I love it. I get stoked for this all year just looking forward to today and I'm just thankful we have great weather for today," says Bill Rieth with the United Way.

The teams competed for titles including "Most dramatic boat-sinking!"
