Mishawaka murder suspect appears in court

A man accused of murdering his ex-wife appeared in court Tuesday morning.

Terrence Lee is accused of killing Trina Wilson, putting the body in the trunk of a car and then dumping her body outside of Saint Joseph County. Wilson's body has not been found.

In court on Tuesday, Lee's defense filed a motion to quash his arrest warrant and release him or allow him to post bond. A hearing on the motion was set for September 21.

Lee's trial is currently schedule for December.
