Silver Hawks have big celebration planned for final home game

The South Bend Silver Hawks say they've got some special things in store for Friday night's final home game of the season.

One of the biggest is another huge fireworks show. The Hawks say it will rival Monday's huge show.

Silver Hawks President Joe Hart says they also have other surprises in store. "It's been a fantastic season at the new Cove, and we have them to thank most of all. I will say that one of the surprises has something to do with the 25th Anniversary Silver Hawks team," Hart says in a release.

First pitch Friday night against the Lansing Lugnuts is scheduled for 7:35 p.m.
