Police say one person was arrested and another taken to the hospital after a stabbing in Cromwell.
Indiana State Police say the stabbing happened Tuesday evening in the Enchanted Hills subdivision.
State Police say a trooper arrived to the scene to find a Syracuse Police officer attending to the victim, 27-year-old Joseph Lee Coon of Cromwell. Coon was taken to a Warsaw hospital where he was treated and released.
A trooper and a Syracuse officer arrested the suspect, 61-year-old Kenny Ferguson, at another home a short distance away.
The Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department says Ferguson was formally charged with battery with a deadly weapon on Thursday. He was being held at the Kosciusko County Jail on $5000 bond.
