The Cass County Sheriff's Department says two people, wanted into connection to shots being fired at a Howard Township home Thursday, were arrested Thursday night in South Bend.
Just before noon on Thursday, police say an argument at a home in the 800-block of Carberry led to shots being fired. No one was hit.
Police say the two suspects, 21-year-old Anthony Bostick and 21-year-old Kayla Johnson, both of Niles, got into a vehicle and drove away.
Cass County investigators and officers from the South Bend Police Department arrested the two at a home in the 1600-block of South Marine Street in South Bend around 9:30 Thursday night. They also say they found the weapon believed to have been used in the crime.
Bostick and Johnson are both being in custody. Bostick is being held for attempted murder and a violation of parole. Johnson is facing charges of aiding and abetting on a felony crime. Police say additional charges are possible.
