What a better way to spend the unofficial end of summer than with a bike ride?
And what better reason to do it than for kids with Muscular Dystrophy?
ABATE of Indiana went on its annual MDA ride at the St. Joseph County Fairgrounds.
Hundreds of riders traveled through South Bend, North Liberty, and Walkerton.
Riders say they don't just do it for the scenery, they do it for the kids, and the kids say they appreciate it.
"It means so much to me that such a big group of people come out and help so many more than people than you can even dream of," says Danny Bock who has Muscular Dystrophy
After the ride, folks enjoyed an entire day of food, fun, and entertainment, including a concert with Gretchen Wilson.
