A 26-year-old Plymouth man is in police custody, accused of having sexual activity with a 15-year-old.
The investigation into Brock Biddle began in March when police received a report of misconduct. Biddle was arrested Sunday on a charge of Sexual Misconduct. Biddle is being held in the Marshall County Jail on $10,000 bond.
