Child hit by semi in LaGrange County

LaGrange County dispatchers tell FOX 28 a young boy was hit by a semi near State Road 9 and State Road 120.

The accident happened around 5:45 PM Tuesday.

We're told the child was taken to the hospital in a helicopter.

We're still gathering more details and will have the very latest on FOX 28 News at 10.
