On Wednesday, the first candidate came in to record his message.
Congressman Joe Donnelly is the Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate.
You'll see his statement during Candidates and Issues starting in October. We've also invited his opponent, Republican Richard Mourdock, to take part. And we hope he also participates in Candidates and Issues.
While the Congressman was here, we asked him about the approach he would take in the Senate if he wins in November.
"I don't believe in the my way or the highway, very divisive partisanship approach. I don't believe we should be for Democrats or Republicans. We should be focused on what's right for America," said Donnelly
