CONTACTED TO GO TO 58267 CR 13 TO CHECK IF SOME RECENTLY PURCHASED GUNS
WERE STOLEN. IT WAS FOUND THAT ONE OF THE GUNS HAD BEEN REPORTED STOLEN
THROUGH LAPORTE COUNTY, INDIANA.

Rd, Elkhart. William Bradley stated a steel safe containing prescription medication was stolen from
the bedroom of his residence after a window was forced open. William Bradley believed the incident
occurred sometime between 10:45 am and 11:00 am that morning.

On September 5, 2012 at approximately 3:55am, Officer Whirledge was responding to an alarm that
was sounded by a door violation. Officer walked to the violated door. When the Officer Whirledge
entered the ward he noticed the exterior door was ajar. Due to the incident an immediate headcount
was conducted and it was then that two offenders ran out the door.

were stolen out of her vehicle sometime between 9/6/2012 and 8/28/2012 after vehicle was towed to
the address of 26407 Lakeview Dr. There was no forced entry into the vehicle and nothing else was
reported stolen from within.

Garcia failed standard field sobriety tests and had a brac. of .21 at 10:43 pm. Gonzalo Desantos -
Garcia was incarcerated.
