A night of fun and partying turned deadly in South Bend.
Police say a man was shot and killed outside the Anchor Inn bar in South Bend's Westside.
It happened just before 3 a.m. Sunday.
Police say they responded to a shots fired called.
When they arrived, 32 year old Cesar Flores was laying in the street.
He was taken to the hospital, where he died.
Another man, 40 year old Dimas Deleon was also shot.
He is expected to be ok.
St. Joseph County Metro Homicide says two men are in custody, one on preliminary murder charges.
The other faces criminal recklessness charges.
Their names aren't being released at this time.
An autopsy for Flores is expected, Monday.
