Three men were arrested following an early morning pursuit in Elkhart County,
An officer tried to pull over 20 year old Christian Serrato near the intersection of County Roads 9 and 20 around 2:15 Sunday morning.
Serrato refused to stop and drove onto Morehouse Avenue near Main Street.
That's when he reached a dead end and went over a ledge, overturned, and landed on a sidewalk.
Serrato was taken to the hospital for a cut to his head.
When he was released, he was arrested.
He's facing charges of Resisting Arrest, Operating While Intoxicated, Driving While Suspended, and Illegal Consumption of Alcohol.
Serrato had three passengers in the car, one had to be extricated.
She was taken to the hospital where she was treated and released.
Two other passengers 20 year olds, Jesus Alvarado and Adrian Garcia were arrested for underage drinking and public intoxication.
Alvarado also faces a resisting arrest charge.
