Update: No charges to be filed in Tyler Carr's death

The Berrien County Prosecutors Office says no charges will be filed in the death of a man found dead in a field in March 2012.

Investigators believe 21-year-old Tyler Carr was drinking at a barn party and wound up lying in a field.

Police say he was run over by a truck driven by Tyler Shultz.

The prosecutors office calls what happened an accident and says Shultz did not realize he ran Carr over.
