her and anyone that was in that area of the subdivision.

residence. Jay Anderson reported that sometime on 9/11/2012 between 8:00am and 3:30pm,
unknown suspects forced entry to a side garage door to gain entry to the residence. Suspects stole
miscellaneous rifles and shotguns, scrap wire, 3 Brighton watches and 3 Brighton bracelets, along
with a Toshiba laptop computer.

to gain access, by the garage door opener. The accused stole lawn equipment and several tools
sometime between 9-10-12 at 9:30 pm and 9-11-12 at 5:30 am.

crime being committed and follow-up crash investigation referred back to EPD.
