There were smiles all across Michiana Saturday!
Mahoney Family Dentistry provided free extractions, fillings and cleanings to people who started lining up well before five o'clock Saturday morning.
They expected more patients this year than last year.
More than 200 people were treated in 2011.
Attendees were given a packet of information that listed clinics throughout the community.
Doctor Daniel Klauer wants to educate the community on ways to maintain a healthy mouth.
"We're in a unique situation with out set of skills to give back to the community and being dentists we can reach out and provide a service that people need. It's something that has been instilled in me for my education and working with Doctor Mahoney over the past eight years it's just been a part of the way we practice and part of the mission of our work," says Klauer.
Dental work wasn't the only thing being offered for folks.
There was also mammagram screenings and a blood drive.
