A Goshen man had to be airlifted after he crashed his scooter.
The Elkhart County Sheriff's Department says 38 year old Todd Chiddester was driving on County Road 19 near County Road 40.
That's when he fell off and slid off the side of the road.
He was unconscious and had a large cut on his forehead.
He was airlifted to Memorial Hospital.
Officers aren't sure what caused him to fall off the scooter.
