If you were planning on heading to the Lerner Theatre for Sunday's performance of Smoke on the Mountain: Homecoming, you'll have to wait another day.
A fire at a nearby downtown Elkhart building forced firefighters to cut power to the theater, and it wouldn't be restored in time for the performance.
But don't worry, the show will go on!
The bluegrass/gospel musical is rescheduled for Monday at 7:30pm.
Tickets are free.
The theater is only a couple blocks from where the fire broke out, luckily, it wasn't damaged.
