Hundreds were united in Fashion and in caring on Wednesday afternoon.
Stephenson's held their annual, "United for Fashion" event.
Models, many of them cancer survivors, show of the newest trends for the Fall season during a luncheon as part of a fundraiser for United Cancer Services of Elkhart County.
The organization helps connect cancer patients to services and also gives financial aid for things like medication and doctor bills.
Stephenson's holds this event every year because they've been touched by so many customers who've fought the battle.
Owner Danny Reynolds says, "We've gotten so close to some of these ladies. Some of the models, I've known now for 15 years and really, to watch them through their tough and trying times, see them through the success and now they're on the other side of life,it's just such a great thing."
Peter Norton, Executive Director of United Cancer Services of Elkhart County says, "Thanks to great events like what's going on behind me here, there's a pretty good chance we're gonna give 100-thosuand dollars in financial aid this year and none of that comes from the government. It's all local people helping their neighbors."
Fox 28's Traci Capellman helps emcee the event every year.
This is the 18th year for the fundraiser, and it's grown so much, they moved it out of the store, to Elcona Country Club.
