Students at Washington High School learned about the dangers of texting while driving on Wednesday. AT&T brought its texting simulator experience to the school.
The simulator allows a student to be seated in a stationary car. It's connected to sensors and lets the driver use the steering wheel and pedals while texting, all while wearing virtual reality goggles.
This goal of the program is to encourage Hoosier drivers to take a pledge to stop texting and driving.
