They were celebrating Oktoberfest in Goshen on Friday. October's First Friday events were full of fun fall activities for the whole family.
Kids could decorate pumpkins and adults could test their strength with log sawing and arm wrestling.
Coordinator Gina Leichty says this helps downtown businesses and the community. "Goshen's First Fridays has been tremendously successful in attracting people to downtown Goshen and exhibiting all the great things it has to offer. Great shops, restaurants," said Leichty.
There was music in the air tonight, too. Goshen College's jazz band performed a free concert.
