Oktoberfest was in downtown South Bend Wednesday night.
Even though the original Oktoberfest ended last week in Germany...
The beer was still flowing for people tonight in D-T-S-B!
Folks were able to visit nine restaurants to enjoy locally crafted beers paired with the perfect foods!
"It's just a way to bring people downtown," said Downtown Dining Alliance's President Mark McDonell. "The wine walk was the outgrowth of restaurant weeks we do twice a year. We wanted to do something every month that created traffic, brought people down. We use them as a fundraiser for our organization as well as a charity."
If you missed this event there are still two more wine walks.
There's a wine walk November 14th and the holiday walk is December 12th.
