The fourth person police say was involved in the Frances Avenue home burglary in Elkhart has been found and arrested.

According to Elkhart Police, 18-year-old Anthony Perez Sharp was found inside a unit at the Carriage House Apartment around 2:00 a.m. Friday morning. He was arrested for murder in connection to an October 3rd home burglary where police say five people entered an Elkhart home owned by Rodney Scott.

Police say Scott shot two of the people, injuring one and killing the other, 21-year-old Danzele Johnson of Goshen. The other four suspects are charged with the felony murder.

The other three suspects are minors, but are being charged as adults. 16-year-old Jose Quiroz, 16-year-old Blake Layman, and 17-year-old Levi Sparks are all in custody.

Elkhart County Prosecutor, Curtis Hill, announced Wednesday that Scott acted in self defense and has been cleared in the incident.
