Second Indiana death from Meningitis

A second person has died from fungal meningitis after receiving a contaminated back injection in Indiana.

According to The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Indiana's cases of meningitis have risen to 27. Earlier this week an 89-year-old southern Michigan woman died of fungal meningitis after receiving two injections of the tainted drug at OSMC in Elkhart.
