The Saint Joe County Prosecutor's office says they are not going to press charges in the death of the 22-month old who died at an in-home daycare.
Skylar Bullocks was pulled from a backyard pool in August. She died a few weeks later from complications from her near drowning.
The accident happened on Beverly Lane in Osceola. Two adults were at home at the time watching nine children.
The Prosecutor says there wasn't enough evidence to prove the adults knowingly put Skylar in a dangerous situation.
